Anoa recaps some of the latest news coming out of Chicago including the recommended firing of officers involved in the Laquan McDonald murder. She gives an overview of the DOJ decision to end use of private prisons. A step in the right direction, it is only a drop in the bucket. Private prisons operate at the State level in large numbers.
